All antibodies work in different combinations of applications, species and samples, so we encourage our customers to write a short Abreview, so that future customers can make an informed decision about the usefulness of a particular antibody for their specific experiments.

Additional notes

I also used this antibody for a Western Blot with a whole cell extract from HeLa and HCT116 cells at 1:10,000 and it worked extremely well. It could probably be diluted to 1:20,000 and still get very strong signal.

I have also used this antibody to immunofluorescently label Indian muntjac (IM) cells. It worked extremely well at 1:10,000. The image is an interphase IM cell labeled with anti-alpha tubulin.
