Additional notes

This antibody detects both overexpressed Human MyD88 as well as endogenous mouse MyD88 in RAW 264.7 cells. The image is a 1 min exposure, when exposed longer, the band from RAW cells becomes stronger and clearer. Lane 4 shows Flag-MyD88 overexpressed in 293 cells, 15 ug of total cell lysate was loaded.

Notes

This antibody worked wonderfully. I used it to detect full-length and dominant-negative MyD88 in primary airway epithelial cells. The dilutions I used were 1:750 for primary antibody and 1:10,000 secondary antibody. the detection system I used was ECL plus.
I had tried using MyD88 antibodies from 2 other companies and could not get results.

Dilution notes

Diluted 1:750 in TTBS/5% non-fat milk. Incubated overnight at 4?C. Secondary antibody-anti rabbit HRP diluted 1:10,000.
