Additional notes	DAPI counterstain. Very bright cell cluster in mesenchyme is auto-fluorescing erythrocytes in a section of blood vessel. Some gunk at bottom of photo and to right of neural tube. Possible prospective motoneurons express as well as most of neuroepithelium aside from the roofplate. Lighter expression in ectoderm and dermamyotome. None in sclerotome or notochord. Probably will work on paraformaldehyde-fixed tissue as well.
