Excellent antibody, very clean. although it shows two or three band pattern, this is a charecteristic of Olig2 protein.

Lane 1: muscle, Lane 2: brain, Lane 3: injured brain after 24 hours, Lane 4: injured brain after 7 days. All samples were prepared from mouse tissues.

I'm sorry this antibody is not working for you. Abcam recommends permeabilization to stain intracellular proteins, and fixation with paraformaldehyde instead of formaldehyde. We also recommend increasing the primary concentration to 1/200.
