Additional Data

Rating

Good 4 stars (out of 5)4 stars (out of 5)4 stars (out of 5)4 stars (out of 5)4 stars (out of 5)

Additional notes

Sample immunoprecipitated with ab5360, 4ug antibody versus 1mg cell lysate.
Primary antibody = rabbit anti-FANCD2 antibody, Novus Biological
FANCD2-S and -L were clearly seen in the figure. Left lane is non-irradiated samples while right lane is sample irradiated with 5 Gray (Gy) ionizing irradiation. FANCD2-L is seen in non-irradiated sample due to S-phase progression.
