Mouse IgG secondary antibody - H&L (ab6563)

All antibodies work in different combinations of applications, species and samples, so we encourage our customers to write a short Abreview, so that future customers can make an informed decision about the usefulness of a particular antibody for their specific experiments.

NB: We are currently only accepting Abreviews for primary antibodies and ELISA/ELISPOT kits.

Notes	We used this antibody as a secondary in a flow cytometry experiment. The primary was a mouse anti-baculovirus marker then we used the Cy5 labelled anti-mouse to show the level of infection after our transfections. We also stained the cells with a PE labelled antibody against the expressed protein of interest. We used the antibody at the dilution suggested on the datasheet and obtained good staining first time.
