Use a concentration of 2 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 60 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 71 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
RelevanceNS1ABP plays a role in cell division and in the dynamic organization of the actin skeleton as a stabilizer of actin filaments by association with F-actin through Kelch repeats and is known to protect cells from cell death induced by actin destabilization. Interacts with NS/Influenza virus NS1A protein and is believed to mediate the inhibition of its splicing activity. It is usually associated with actin filaments (related to speckle domains) but following Influenza Avirus infection, NS1ABP presents a more diffuse distribution in the nucleoplasm
Epitheial cells of fundic glands (indicated by arrow) show positive labelling of anti-influenza virus NS1A binding protein. The antibody concentration ranged from 4.0-8.0µg/ml. The magnification of the image is 400X.
