Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab56057 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ELISA||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
|IHC-P||1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.|
|WB||Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 47 kDa.Can be blocked with Inhibin beta A peptide (ab215854). This antibody has been tested in Western blot against the recombinant peptide used as an immunogen. We have no data on detection of endogenous protein.|
|ICC/IF||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
ab56057 staining Inhibin in human testicular cancer (seminoma) tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with Bouin's solution and blocked for 20 minutes at 26°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a sodium citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500) for 16 hours at 4°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated mouse anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
ab56057 staining Inhibin beta A in human COV434 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with ethanol and blocked for 3 hours at 26°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in blocking buffer) for 1 hour at 21°C. A IRDye® 800CW-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) polyclonal (1/15000) was used as the secondary antibody.
