Primary antibody notesThe integrins, finally, form a large family of glycosylated transmembrane proteins that act as dimers of an alpha and a beta subunit in interconnecting the cytoskeleton and the extracellular matrix.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
1/100 - 1/1000.
1/25 - 1/200.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
RelevanceIntegrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. Alpha chain 3 undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain to yield disulfide-linked light and heavy chains that join with beta 1 to form an integrin that interacts with many extracellular-matrix proteins.
