Target

Anti-IRX4 antibody images

  • ab123542 staining IRX4 (red) in human pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyoctes by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with saponin and blocked with 5% serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1200) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Nuclei, Green - NKX2-5-GFP.
