Immunohistochemical analysis of formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human non-Hodgkin lymphoma tissue sections, labelling ISG20 with ab154393 at a dilution of 1/50 incubated for 12 hours at 4°C. Heat mediated antigen retrival was with citrate buffer at pH 6.0 incubated for 15 minutes. Blocking was a with 5% serum incubated for 30 minutes at 25°C. Secondary was a Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal CY3® conjugate at 1/200. Counterstain was with DAPI against nuclear DNA.
