The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use a concentration of 0.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 75 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 81 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
ELISA Use at an assay dependent concentration.

ELISA titre using peptide based assay: 1/62500.

Target

  • Relevance
KIAA1333 is a probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.
  • Cellular localization
Nucleus, nucleolus. Cytoplasm. Note: Shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. In the nucleus, delocalizes from the nucleolus to the nucleoplasm in response to DNA damage.
