Human B cell nuclei from plasmacytoid 2p68 cells.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab3108 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|Flow Cyt||Use 0.5µg for 106 cells.|
|IHC-P||Use a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Antigen retrieval is not essential but may optimise staining.|
|IP||Use at 2 µg/mg of lysate.|
ab3108 at a 1/200 dilution staining asynchronous HeLa by ICC/IF. The cells were bleomycin treated for 2 hours prior to formaldehyde fixation and then labelled with antibody for 30 minutes. Bound antibody was detected using a Cy3 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody. Nuclei were visualised using DAPI staining. Ab3108 was found to stain both treated and untreated cells very well.
