Immunohistochemistical detection of Kv2.2 antibody (ab37195) in PFA perfusion-fixed rat cortex sections. ab37195 was used at a dilution of 1/800, incubated for 18 hours @ 20°C in PBS-T 0.3%. Secondary antibody: Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-IgG Rabbit (1/1000). The staining is located in the processes of some neurons as expected.
