  • ab33157 staining LEO1 in Mouse ES cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were methanol fixed and blocked in 0.2% Fish scale gelatin for 1 hour at 25°C. Primary antibody was used at 1/100 dilution (0.2% Fish scale gelatin in PBS) and incubated with sample for 20 minutes at 25°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated Donkey polyclonal to rabbit IgG was used as secondary at 1/500 dilution. Image shows green color staining with ab33157 and blue with DAPI.
