Synthetic peptide between amino acids of 105-135 of human Lin28B, conjugated to KLH. The peptide has 80% homology for LIN28A (Q9H9Z2).
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab71415 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ICC/IF||1/10 - 1/50.|
|IHC-P||1/10 - 1/50.|
|Flow Cyt||1/10 - 1/50. ab171870-Rabbit polyclonal IgG, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.|
|WB||1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 27 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 27 kDa).|
Incubation time was overnight at 4°C. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Immunohistochemical staining of Lin28B in Human testis tissue sections (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections) with ab71415 at a dilution of 1/25. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at 38°C. Antigen retrieval was heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/25) for 1 hour at 37°C. A HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (ready to use) was used as the secondary antibody.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed parffin-embedded sections) analysis of human spleen tissue labelling Lin28B with ab71415 at 1/50. A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by AEC staining.
Immunocytochemisty/Immunofluorescence analysis of HepG2 cells labelling Lin28B (green) with ab71415. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with DAPI (blue)
Flow cytometry analysis of HL-60 cells labelling Lin28B (green) with ab71415 compared to a negative control (blue). A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
