Anti-LOXL2 antibody images

  • Predicted band size : 86 kDa
  • ChIP analysis of mouse embryonic fibroblasts using ab55470 to bind LOXL2.

    Chromatin was obtained by cross-linking with 1% formaldehyde at 37°C for 10 minutes. The primary antibody was used at 1/500 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. Protein binding was detected using real-time PCR.
