Application Abreviews Notes
IHC-P 1/2000 - 1/4000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
