Anti-Ly76 antibody [TER-119] images

  • Staining of C57Bl/6 bone marrow cells with ab9113, at 0.25 µg (blue histogram) or purified rat IgG2b control, at 0.25 µg (green histogram), followed by treatment with FITC anti-rat IgG. Cells in the erythrocyte region were used for analysis.
  • Immunohistochemical analysis of TLR2 KO mouse tibialis anterior muscle, detecting erythrocytes by staining Ly76 (red) wtih ab91113. A Cy3®-conjugated anti-mouse IgG was used to detect staining.
