Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab14917 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
ELISA: Use at a concentration of 1 - 15 µg/ml.
IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent concentration.
IHC-Fr: Use at a concentration of 1 - 5 µg/ml.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Ligand-specific transporter trafficking between intracellular organelles (TGN) and the plasma membrane. Plays a role in autocrine regulation of cell growth mediated by growth regulators containing cell surface retention sequence binding (CRS). May act as an hyaluronan (HA) transporter, either mediating its uptake for catabolism within lymphatic endothelial cells themselves, or its transport into the lumen of afferent lymphatic vessels for subsequent re-uptake and degradation in lymph nodes.
Mainly expressed in endothelial cells lining lymphatic vessels.
Contains 1 Link domain.
O-glycosylated.
Membrane. Localized to the plasma membrane and in vesicles near extranuclear membranes which may represent trans-Golgi network (TGN) and endosomes/prelysosomeal compartments. Undergoes ligand-dependent internalization and recycling at the cell surface.

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded sections) - LYVE1 antibody - Lymphatic Vessel Marker (ab14917)

ab14917 at a 1/100 dilution staining LYVE1 from mouse tuberculosis infected lung by immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections). The antibody was incubated with the tissue for 30 minutes and then detected with an HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody.

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded sections) - LYVE1 antibody - Lymphatic Vessel Marker (ab14917)

ab14917 at 1/2000 dilution staining Ha-Ras transgenic mouse bladder (cancer) by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). The tissue was formaldehyde fixed and blocked with serum prior to incubation with the primary antibody for 12 hours. A biotinylated polyclonal antibody was used as the secondary.

Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - LYVE1 antibody - Lymphatic Vessel Marker (ab14917)

ab14917 at 1/100 staining mouse tissue sections (E17.5 lymphatic vessels by inferior vena cava) by IHC-Fr. The tissue was acetone fixed and incubated with the antibody for 2 hours in 1% BSA in PBS. An Alexa Fluor ® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used as the secondary.
