Use a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 71 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 67 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

Tissue specificityHighly expressed in testis, prostate, spleen, thymus, ovary and brain. Detected at lower levels in heart, placenta, small intestine, colon, liver, kidney, skeletal muscle and pancreas. Not detectable in primary tumors from breast and prostate and in many cancer cell lines.
