This antiserum has not been evaluated for its ability to stain human MIP-1a in tissue sections, nor for its ability to neutralize human MIP-1a in bioassays, nor for its performance in immunoblot analysis.

    ELISA: 1/1000 - 1/2000.

    ELISA will detect human MIP-1a from supernatants or lysates of 2 x 106 endotoxin-stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). PBMC are stimulated for 24 hours with 1% (v/v) human serum plus 10 ng/mL E.coli LPS.

    Not tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
