  • ab117644, at 5 µg/ml, staining Mannose Receptor in Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-embedded Human Lung (Macrophages) tissue by Immunohistochemistry.
  • Anti-Mannose Receptor antibody [5C11] (ab117644) + Human pancreas lysate

Predicted band size : 166 kDa
  • Detection limit for recombinant tagged Mannose Receptor is approximately 0.03ng/ml as a capture antibody.
  • ab117644 staining Mannose Receptor in rhesus monkey brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections).

Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 20% serum for 1 hour at 37°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 10% serum in 20% Normal Horse Serum in 1X TTBS) for 12 hours at 37°C. A biotin-conjugated horse anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.

Thank you very much for your interest in our antibodies.

To our knowledge, ab8918 and ab64693have not been tested in ELISA and also not in sandwichELISA.

The epitope of ab8918 was not mapped and the same is true for ab117644.
