    • ab24565 at a 1/10,000 dilution staining Golgi Apparatus in BHK cells (Baby Hamster Kidney cells) by Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence.
    • ab24565 staining Mannosidase II - Golgi Marker in Mouse colon tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 0.5% BSA + FCS for 1 hour at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 0.5% BSA + 1% Triton X-100) for 12 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/150) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with Hoechst.
