Observed band size : 95 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 18 kDa,23 kDa,30 kDa,44 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human breast carcinoma tissue labelling MAP3K12 with ab37996. A peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
