    Small intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from mice and 30ug was run onto a 9% denaturing gel. The membrane was incubated with ab39403 (1/1000) washed and then incubated with a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody. As predicted a 44 kDa band was observed.
