    ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
    IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
    WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 49 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa).
    Notes: 1µg/mL of ab69537 was sufficient for detection of MEK5 in 20µg of Rat Brain Tissue Extract by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat ant-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
