    • Immunofluorescent staining of HeLa using ab45146.
    •  ab45146 at 1/100 staining HeLa cells by ICC/IF. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked with goat serum prior to incubation with the antibody for 45 minutes. An Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated goat polyclonal antibody was used as the secondary. This antibody detects MEK5 in HeLa cells as a cytoplasmic protein.
