  • 1 µg peptide was spotted onto NC membrane and blotted using ab70608 at 1/1000 dilution. A:MEK5 (pS311/pT315), B: MEK5 (Non-phosphorylated), C: Non-related phosphospecific PP.
  • Immunohistochemical analysis of Human colorectal cancer tissue, staining MEK5 (phospho S311 + T315) with ab70608 at 1/800 dilution.

    Antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation with citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Sections were incubated overnight at 4°C with the primary antibody and then incubated with the secondary antibody for 30 min at room temperature. Staining was detected using DAB.
