  • Immunofluorescence labeling of Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor 1 in rat brain (cingulate cortex). Using ab82211 (red color). DAPI was used to counter-stain cell nuclei (blue color). Working dilution is 1/100-1/500.
  • Rat dorsal root ganglion. Tissue was fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and cut into 10 micron sections. ab82211 was used at a dilution of 1/200 and secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/5000.
  • ab82211 staining Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor 1 in rat cerebellum tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).
    Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized using Triton X-100, blocked with 7% serum for 3 hours at 25°C, then incubated with ab82211 at a 1/200 dilution for 10 hours at 25°C. The secondary used was an undiluted HRP conjugated goat polyclonal.
