Application Abreviews Notes
ELISA Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human MIG.
Sandwich ELISA Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. Using ab84268 as the capture antibody and ab110615 as the detection antibody, the detection limit for recombinant Human MIG is 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well, using 100 µl/well antibody solution.
WB Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 14 kDa. The detection limit for recombinant Human MIG is 1.5 – 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
