Anti-MIS12 antibody images

  • HeLa whole cell lysate (at 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab70843 at 1 µg/ml for WB, subsequent to being used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate.
    Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human stomach carcinoma tissue labelling MIS12 with ab70843 at 1/1000 (1µg/ml). Detection: DAB.
  • ab70843 staining MIS12 in a human colon carcinoma cell by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with methanol and incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 1 hour. An undiluted FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
