ab80651 staining MiTF in human melanoma by Immunohistochemistry, Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-embedded tissue using peroxidase-conjugate and and DAB chromogen. Note nuclear staining of tumor cells. Staining was performed using antibody containing BSA and azide.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse J774A.1 Macrophage labeling MiTF with ab80651 at 1/250 dilution. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.5% saponin for 20 min. Blocking was performed using 5% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C, followed by incubation with ab80651 in PBST+1%BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. A polyclonal FITC conjugated donkey anti-mouse secondary antibody was used at 1/500 dilution.
