    The assays measure the direct effects of drugs on the 5 OXPHOS complexes. Complexes I,II, IV and V are each immunocaptured from bovine heart mitochondria (included) in 96-well plates, and their activities are measured by simple spectrophotometric assays. Complex III is measured in an in-solution colorimetric assay.
