    Our multiplex immunoassays use the Firefly® particle technology to enable the quantitative measurement of many mouse proteins and peptides at the same time using as little as 12.5 μL of sample per well.
    The assay takes approximately 3.5 hours, followed by particle analysis using a validated flow cytometer model and then data analysis using our free Firefly Analysis Workbench software.

  • Mean background-subtracted data values are graphed. 

  • Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).  The mean Axl concentration was determined to be 110.4 ng/mL with a range of 68.6-205.1 ng/mL.                              

  • The concentrations of Axl were interpolated from the Axl standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows:  serum 25%, plasma (citrate) 25%, plasma (EDTA) 25%, and plasma (heparin) 25%.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean Axl concentration was determined to be 101.4 ng/mL in serum, 72.4 ng/mL in plasma (citrate), 57.0 ng/mL in plasma (EDTA), and 65.0 ng/mL and in plasma (heparin).

  • Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).  The concentrations of Axl were interpolated from the Axl standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows:   25% male and female urine.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean Axl concentration was determined to be 53.3 pg/mL in female urine and 42.1 pg/mL in male urine.   

  • Interpolated concentrations of native Axl in splenocyte supernatants.  The concentrations of Axl were interpolated from the Axl standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows:   25% splenocyte supernatants.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean Axl concentration was determined to be 5.3 pg/mL in unstimulated splenocyte and 4.6 pg/mL in PHA-stimulated splenocyte supernatants.
