  • Product overview

    Quantify up to 75 proteins and peptides per well, using just 12.5 µL of sample, with FirePlex® immunoassays. The assay takes approximately 3.5 hours, followed by particle analysis using a compatible flow cytometer and data analysis using our free FirePlex Analysis Workbench software.

  • The concentrations of CD23 were interpolated from the CD23 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. 1X diluted samples are as follows: serum 25%, plasma (EDTA) 25%, plasma (heparin) 25%, and plasma (citrate) 25%.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean CD23 concentration was determined to be 93.4 ng/mL in serum, 94.7 ng/mL in plasma (EDTA), 91.8 ng/mL in plasma (heparin), and 97.0 ng/mL in plasma (citrate).

  • The concentrations of CD23 were interpolated from the CD23 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. 1X diluted samples are as follows: 25% unstimulated splenocyte and 25% stimulated splenocyte supernatants.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean CD23 concentration was determined to be 51.2 ng/mL in unstimulated splenocyte and 51.3 ng/mL in stimulated splenocyte supernatants.

  • Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).  The mean CD23 concentration was determined to be 92.0 ng/mL with a range of 43.2-147 ng/mL.

  • The concentrations of CD23 were interpolated from the CD23 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.  1X diluted samples are as follows: 25% urine.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted.  The mean CD23 concentration was determined to be 516 pg/mL in urine.
