Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 171 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 171 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

Mediates ATP-dependent transport of glutathione and glutathione conjugates, leukotriene C4, estradiol-17-beta-o-glucuronide, methotrexate, antiviral drugs and other xenobiotics. Confers resistance to anticancer drugs. Hydrolyzes ATP with low efficiency.
