ELISA Use at an assay dependent concentration.
IHC-Fr Use at an assay dependent concentration.
WB Use a concentration of 1.25 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 35 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml.

  • Ab50829 (8ug/ml) staining human MSI2 in human liver tissue by immunohistochemistry using paraffin embedded tissue. Hepatocytes (indicated with arrow) were positively stained.
  • AB50829 (8ug/ml) staining human MSI2 in human heart tissue by immunohistochemistry using paraffin embedded tissue. Myocardial cells (indicated with arrows) were positively stained.
  • ab50829 staining MSI2 in 16 µm thick transverse sections of adult brown ghost knifefish spinal cord by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).
    Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.3% Triton X-100, blocked with 3% sheep serum, 1% BSA, 1% teleostean gelatine in TBS for 1 hour at room temperature and then incubated with ab50829 at a 1/25 dilution for 18 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal used at a 1/200 dilution.
