Anti-Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody images

  • ab115597 staining Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein in rat oligodendrocytes by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 10 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/150) for 10 hour at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated donkey anti-goat IgG polyclonal (1/300) was used as the secondary antibody.
