Mouse monoclonal [BM2] to Myeloid Marker, prediluted
SpecificityThis antibody reacts with an antigen present in the cytoplasm of mature human granulocytes. It reacts with the precursor and mature forms of human myeloid cells. This antibody can be used to detect myeloid leukemias and granulocytic sarcomas as well as different levels of cellular differentiation.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration. This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections.
No further titration is required. We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Tissue specificityWidely expressed. Not detected in thymus.
Sequence similaritiesBelongs to the MAL family. Contains 2 MARVEL domains.
