Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH derived from within residues 1 - 100 of Human n-Myc.
(Peptide available as ab31595.)
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab24193 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|WB||Use a concentration of 1 - 5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 49 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa).Can be blocked with Human n-Myc peptide (ab31595).|
|ICC/IF||Use at an assay dependent concentration. PubMed: 22216302|
This blot was produced using a 4-12% Bis-tris gel under the MOPS buffer system. The gel was run at 200V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 2% Bovine Serum Albumin before being incubated with ab24193 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was detected using an anti-rabbit IgG VHH single domain antibody conjugated to HRP (ab191866), and visualised using ECL development solution ab133406.
