    Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded, Human papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid tissue labelling NDUFB7 with ab188575 at a 1/100 dilution. Counter stained with hematoxylin.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of, 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, HeLa cells labelling NDUFB7 with ab188575 at a 1/250 dilution. As secondary antibody goat anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®488) was used at a 1/200. In blue DAPI staining.

  • Flow cytometry analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed PC3 cells labelling NDUFB7 with ab188575 at a 1/340 dilution and secondary antibody goat anti-rabbit IgG (FITC, red) at a 1/150 dilution, or negative control rabbit IgG (green).

  • Western blot analysis on immunoprecipitation pellet from A431 cell lysate labelling NDUFB7 with ab188575 at 1/50 dilution and goat anti-rabbit IgG, (H+L), peroxidase conjugated at a 1/1000 dilution.
