FunctionPlays a stimulatory role on natural killer (NK) cells cytotoxicity. Activation by cross-linking of the receptor induces Ca(2+) mobilization and interferon-gamma production.

Flow Cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labeling NK1.1 with ab25026 at 1 μg/106 cells dilution. A Rat Anti-Mouse CD49b-PE was used as the secondary antibody.
