Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - non-muscle heavy chain Myosin antibody (ab24761)
ab24761 staining non-muscle heavy chain Myosin in Human embryonic stem cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 10% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/400) for 1 hour. An undiluted DyLight®488-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
