WB Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 87 kDa.
ELISA Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. This antibody gave a positive result in ELISA against the immunizing peptide.

    Predicted band size: 87 kDa
    Observed band size: 74 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
    Additional bands at: 100 kDa, 43 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.


    Exposure time: 150 seconds


    The predicted Mw for Npas4 is 86 kDa. We are unsure why we are seeing the banding pattern at 74 kDa however Abcam welcomes customer feedback and would appreciate any comments regarding this product and the data presented above.
