ChIP Use a concentration of 4 µg/ml. PubMed: 19505455
WB Use a concentration of 0.03 - 0.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 40 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 42 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration.
