    This clone reacts with NSE found primarily in neurons, neuroendocrine cell, striated and smooth muscle cells, megakaryocytes, T cells and some platelets. In neoplastic tissues, the antibody reacts with gangliomas, oat cell carcinoma, astrocytomas, paraganglomas, glioblastomas, pheochromocytomas, melanomas and schwannoma.
