1 Review or Q&A
I have received today anti-NUP84 antibody form Abcam (ab122883). I would like to ask what western blotting conditions I should use to obtain the best results i.e. blocking solution (milk or BSA, TBS or PBS), antibody incubation buffer?
Asked on Aug 02 2012
As we have no comment regarding the incubation condition, it shouldn't be a problem to use your standard lab protocol and optimize the results from that point.
