Anti-Oct-1 antibody images

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded murine neural tissue sections, labelling Oct-1 with ab66132 at a dilution of 1/250 incubated for 90 minutes at 25°C in PBS plus 1x Casein. Heat mediated antigen retrival was with 10mM citrate at pH 6.0. Blocking was with 10% serum incubated for 30 minutes at 25°C. Secondary used was a Goat anti-Rabbit polyclonal biotin conjugate at 1/200.
