Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - p130 antibody [130P215] - BSA and Azide free (ab80628)
Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human colon cancer stained with anti p130 (a different form of ab80628, containing BSA and azide) at a 1/100 dilution, using peroxidase conjugate and AEC chromogen. Note nuclear staining of tumor cells.
